Beach View School

Located at DHA, this 600 sq.yds school is a G+4, linear project with 2 entrances on the ground floor, two staircases for optimum circulation and was designed to cater the needs of the students on a practical level. The ground floor houses admin block and classrooms whereas the remaining 3 floors cater to the classrooms, labs and examination rooms. Being a corner plot allows the classrooms to be naturally ventilated to the maximum.

The simple planning is overtaken by the abstract façade of the building, empowered by the strong geometry, sharp lines and contrasting colors, making it an eye-catching piece of work from afar. The cuts and shapes into the extruded robust mass fits in with the white intertwining framing.
