The Peak was established in 1984 with the aim of providing specialized consultancy and supervisory services in the field of Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering.
A broad and diversified background of twenty nine years’ experience comprises of extensive knowledge of industrial, residential, and commercial & structural designing along with addition alteration systems for renovation and maintenance of residential, industrial and commercial buildings. Post tensioning is the technique used to achieve this. Post tensioning is a system of reinforcing (strengthening) concrete or other materials with high-strength steel strands or bars typically referred to as tendons. Post-Tensioned Concrete is a variant of pre-stressed concrete, where the tendons are tensioned after the surrounding concrete structure has been casted. Framed, overbearing structures have been taken over by large, columnless and beamless spans allowing thinner slabs and fewer beams having the ability to run continuously from one end to another as aspired in grand buildings these days. It also gives us options of flat plate system, drop panels and drop caps. It’s not only cost effective but also helps to create a desired ambiance for the client.
